3. Propiedad Intelectual / Intellectual Property
Todo el contenido, código y materiales desarrollados específicamente para el cliente son propiedad del cliente una vez completado el pago. Systemia retiene los derechos sobre frameworks y herramientas genéricas.
All content, code and materials specifically developed for the client become the client's property upon completion of payment. Systemia retains rights to generic frameworks and tools.
4. Garantía / Warranty
Ofrecemos una garantía de satisfacción de 90 días en nuestros servicios beta. Si no está satisfecho, proporcionaremos un reembolso completo.
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on our beta services. If you are not satisfied, we will provide a full refund.
5. Limitación de Responsabilidad / Limitation of Liability
Systemia no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes que surjan del uso de nuestros servicios.
Systemia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
